Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted once payment has been confirmed and we send or communicate an order confirmation. We may cancel or decline an order if a piece is unavailable, pricing or product information is incorrect, or payment cannot be verified. Any payment taken for a cancelled order will be refunded.
Products and pricing
We make every effort to present colours, materials, dimensions, availability, and prices accurately. Screens and handcrafted finishes can create small variations. Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the site; delivery charges and any applicable duties are communicated separately or during order fulfilment.
Payment
Payment is handled securely by our payment provider. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied and that your billing and contact information is accurate.
Website use
All site content—including imagery, copy, designs, and branding—belongs to John Teka Atelier or its licensors. It may not be reproduced, sold, or used commercially without prior written permission. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
